I've been on both sides of the mental game as a player — and I've spent years studying why some guys handle pressure and others don't. I'm a current NCAA hockey player and psychology researcher, and everything I teach comes from living this game, studying it, and working with athletes who are chasing the same goals you are.

DC Lab works with players across the board — the most talented guy in the locker room and the guy grinding to get there. What every single one of them has in common is simple: they want the next level. Some need to tear it down and rebuild the mental side from scratch. Some just need that one thing locked in before they take off. Wherever you're at — that's where we start.
